Purpose & Scope of Position

The Electrical CAD/BIM Designer (Draughtsman) will be responsible for preparing accurate, coordinated, and high‑quality Electrical  services drawings for buildings. The role requires strong technical drafting skills, coordination capability, and adherence to internal quality standards for residential, commercial, hotel, and hospital projects.

Experience

7 to 15 Years of Experiance

Qualification

Diploma / ITI 

Key Responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit (BIM) preferred.
• Deep understanding of Electrical building services detailing.
• Experience in preparing layouts, schematics, and coordinated services drawings.
• Ability to independently manage drafting tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
