Purpose & Scope of Position

• Application from eligible candidates who has minimum 7 to 10 years experience with similar job (Tender Documentation & BOQ) in similar industry (Construction / Real Estate).
• This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
• Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
• Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.

BE / B.Tech / M. Tech - Civil 

Key Responsibilities

• Must have work experience on Construction Tender documents preparation and cost estimation.
• Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid documents, ensuring all services are included in the final price.
• Through knowledge for preparing the technical and financial proposal after proper understanding & reviewing the TOR, Tender Documents, Condition of contract and related Rules & Regulations.
• Experience on Govt. and Private construction project relevant documentation.
• Must be good knowledge on PWD/ MES/RHD/PCMC/Mumbai DSR/CPWD rate schedule.
• Sound knowledge on all documentations for submitting of Government and Private Construction tender work purpose.
• Identifies and compiles from contract documents all quantities and specifications of materials required for the project.
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Ability to prepare and justify subcontractor bill as per physical measurement of work.
• Should have knowledge about preparation of BOQ, MOQ Estimation and Budgeting.
• Skilled to understand drawing, design etc.
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant and Technically and commercially sound bids.
• Must be excellent communication skills.
• Any other job assigned by the management.
