Purpose & Scope of Position

The Senior Manager / Manager – Wet Infrastructure is responsible for end‑to‑end design leadership, project delivery, and client management for wet infrastructure projects. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high‑quality technical outputs, and delivering projects from concept through completion in alignment with Ecofirst’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Technical Delivery

  • Perform and oversee planning and design work for wet infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure technical compliance, constructability, and adherence to applicable standards.
  • Review and approve design deliverables including drawings, calculations, and specifications.

 

Project & Client Management

  • Manage assigned projects from design stage through completion.
  • Act as the primary client‑facing technical lead, coordinating with:
    • Clients
    • Architects
    • External consultants
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timelines, quality, and budget expectations.

 

Team & Consultant Management

  • Manage and guide in‑house design teams.
  • Coordinate, review, and monitor deliverables from sub‑consultants.
  • Support capability building and performance management of team members.

 

Site Support & Supervision

  • Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction phases as required.
  • Resolve site‑level technical and coordination issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective translation of design intent to on‑site execution.

 
  • Ensure preparation of high‑quality, coordinated drawings and documents.
  • Implement quality checks to facilitate smooth installation and minimize design‑related site issues.
