Purpose & Scope of Position

To lead and execute the engineering and design of renewable energy projects. The role aims to ensure technically robust, cost-effective, and sustainable design solutions while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience

Minimum 10 to 14 yrs of experience in Design Engineering of Renewable Projects (Solar or Wind or Both) with consulting environment.

 

  •  Key Skills Required:

    • Solar module mounting structures / Tracker Structures
    • Use of Civil 3D Software & Modelling, Assembling and Drafting
    • New Product Design and Development
    • Having Knowledge in Sheet metal fabrication
    • STAAD Pro. Software
    • Detail Design of Solar power plant layouts
    • Solar Projects detail engineering
    • Project BOM and BOQ
    • Performing Dynamic analysis for structures

     Knowledge on Floating Solar & Switchyard Structures will have added advantage.

Qualification

B.E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.

M. Tech – Structural Engineering will be an added advantage.



Key Responsibilities

 

  • Analysis & design of Solar panel supporting structures including fastener using Indian & International codes using STAAD Pro software.
  • Analysis and design of RCC and Steel structure with various codes and standard Indian as well as international.
  • Estimation of BOQ and preparation of drawing. Hands on experience in AutoCAD will be added advantage.
  • Site infra structure works, Road & Drainage Design for Solar PV plant
  • Corrosion report site specific, Estimating the zinc degradation based on desktop study.
  • Customer facing on product/project engineering related queries and Solar single axis tracker site installation queries
  • Detailed slope analysis, identifying the grading areas using civil 3D Software. Grading works for Tracker installation including block tracker and single axis tracker.
  • Candidate should interact with client and site team to resolve the technical and project related issues. Review of MQP and FQP for the Civil works.
  • PEB structure design and drawing review.
  • Discussion with All Stakeholders involved in project
