- MIS is not updated, many candidates were rejected but their details are available in MIS like safety, construction etc. We have update it together on teams
- No follow up mails were shared with for client approval even through it was asked on a daily basis.
- Again, explain today the details of common panel members with whom you need to get the candidates interview first before sharing with project manager for further process
- Wherever there is client approval, you need to submit the TCE format
- Follow up mails with panel members if they are not responding within 2 days
- Also make aware about the how to offer the candidates as per the grade chart and client rate
