Purpose & Scope of Position

The Engineering Manager (EM) will be part of an engineering stream providing engineering services to large and small projects. Engineering Manager (EM) will be responsible for supervising a team of working engineer and designers. The ME provides leadership and assists in the resolution of all technical issues related to the discipline.

Experience

Experience : 16 to 20 years 

Qualification

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Engineering for medium and large-scale projects
• Experience in EHV Substations (AIS & GIS) and Captive Power Plants
• Expertise in SCADA, EMS/PMS, Protection & Control Systems
• Exposure to Electrical System Studies (Load Flow, Transient Stability, Dynamic Studies, Load Shedding & Islanding)
• Review and approval of engineering drawings, specifications, data sheets, and vendor documents
• Hands-on experience in Electrical Heat Tracing and Cathodic Protection Systems
• Cross-functional coordination with clients, consultants, and project teams
• Team leadership, mentoring, and project management responsibilities
• Knowledge of 3D Model Review (Navisworks) preferred
• Exposure to Renewable Energy Systems (Solar/Wind) is an added advantage
• Site coordination and international project experience preferred
