Purpose & Scope of Position

The Billing Engineer will represent the Project Management Consultant in verifying contractor measurements, invoices, quantities, rates, milestones, variations, and supporting records for transmission line and substation works. The role focuses on accurate and timely bill certification, contractual compliance, cost monitoring, reconciliation, change control, and maintenance of auditable commercial records.

Experience

8–12 years of billing, quantity measurement, cost control, and contract-administration experience in 400 kV and 765 kV above transmission line and substation projects.

Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical Engineering; training in quantity surveying, contracts, or cost management preferred.
