Position: Billing Manager
Experience: 12-15 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and verification of client and contractor bills.
• Measurement and certification of executed work as per drawings and BOQ.
• Quantity estimation, rate analysis, and reconciliation of materials.
• Coordination with site, planning, and project teams for billing activities.
• Preparation of invoices, variation claims, and supporting documents.
• Tracking billing status, payments, and maintaining billing records.
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and project specifications.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and project billing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
• Good understanding of contracts, measurements, and construction practices.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
