Purpose & Scope of Position

Monitor and evaluate market opportunities, RFPs, EOIs, and tender notices relevant to PMC business.

Conduct RFP analysis and formulate bid strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Lead end-to-end tendering activities including bid preparation, documentation, proposal development, and timely submission.

Coordinate with technical, commercial, legal, and project teams for preparation of techno-commercial proposals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization discussions.Review tender conditions, commercial terms, contractual obligations, and risk assessments.

Support business development initiatives, market intelligence gathering, competitor analysis, and account management.Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements during bidding and contracting processes.

Track bid success metrics and contribute to revenue growth targets of the PMC Business Unit.
Experience
-
8 to 15 years of experience in Business Development, Tendering, Proposal Management, or Contracts within Engineering Consultancy, PMC, EPC, Infrastructure, Buildings, Industrial, or Construction sectors.

Proven experience in handling techno-commercial bids and client negotiations.
Qualification
- BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- MBA (Marketing/Finance/Operations) preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate RFPs and tender opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end tendering and bid submission.Prepare and coordinate techno-commercial proposals.Engage with clients and conduct presentations/discussions.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for bid execution.
- Support business development and market intelligence activities.Ensure timely, compliant, and competitive proposal submissions.
