Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Resident Construction Manager to lead and oversee site construction activities for a large-scale industrial project in Dahej. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities and have extensive expertise in construction management, piping systems, tankage works, and multidisciplinary project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall construction activities for large industrial projects.
• Supervise and guide multidisciplinary construction teams to achieve project objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site execution activities ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee piping installation, tankage construction, equipment erection, and associated civil/mechanical works.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project leadership.

Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• 25+ years of experience in construction/project management
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / PVC / Chemical / Chlor-Alkali industries
• Strong exposure to piping systems, tankage works, and mechanical construction activities.
• Proven experience in leading large construction teams and managing multiple contractors.
• Sound knowledge of construction planning, project controls, safety management, and quality assurance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
