About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support the execution of large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures, steel structure erection, equipment installation, conveyor systems erection, and quality-focused construction activities. The role requires strong site execution capabilities, coordination skills, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor mechanical construction activities at site.
  • Manage erection and installation of PEB structures, steel structures, and associated mechanical systems.
  • Oversee installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning of static and rotary equipment.
  • Coordinate conveyor erection activities, including mechanical assemblies and structural supports.
  • Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
  • Review method statements, work procedures, and inspection plans related to mechanical works.
  • Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company HSE requirements.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of site execution challenges.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in PEB and structural steel erection projects.
  • Hands-on exposure to equipment installation and conveyor system erection.
  • Knowledge of construction quality management, inspection procedures, and industry standards.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
  • Experience in industrial plant construction projects.
  • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
