Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor fabrication, erection, and installation of structural steel works for large-scale industrial projects.
• Review structural and mechanical drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely execution of structural activities.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements, and construction specifications.
• Monitor fabrication and erection progress, identify project risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections and verify structural works against approved drawings and standards.
• Review material requirements, work schedules, and resource utilization.
• Support inspection, testing, and handover activities of structural installations.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and statutory regulations at the project site.

Key Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication and erection for industrial plants.
• Strong knowledge of structural assemblies, steel structures, platforms, pipe racks, equipment supporting structures, and fabrication practices.
• Familiarity with construction standards, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, fabrication details, and project specifications.
• Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work at the project site in Jamnagar.
