Experience

12–15+ Years

Qualification

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical discipline
12–15+ years in site execution for EPC/PMC projects
Strong experience in managing large construction/project sites
Proven ability to handle contractors, teams, and site operations
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Delivery

Lead day-to-day site execution across assigned discipline
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedules
Drive progress and ensure achievement of milestones
Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks and site challenges


2. Contractor & Vendor Management

Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors at site
Monitor contractor productivity, quality, and adherence to timelines
Conduct daily/weekly progress reviews and coordination meetings
Ensure proper deployment of manpower, machinery, and materials


3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and inspection plans
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project standards
Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals
Maintain quality records and documentation


4. Safety & EHS Management

Ensure strict adherence to safety and EHS guidelines
Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and risk assessments
Promote a strong safety culture across site teams
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory norms


5. Planning, Monitoring & Reporting

Track daily progress against project schedule
Coordinate closely with Planning & Controls team for updates
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
Highlight delays, risks, and mitigation plans


6. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and planning teams
Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and authorities
Ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders
Support issue resolution and decision-making at site


7. Team Leadership & Supervision

Lead and supervise site engineers and supervisors
Ensure workforce productivity and discipline
Mentor team members and drive performance
Foster collaboration across disciplines
