Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material movement across the project site.
• Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials as per project requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper documentation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Issue Slips (MIS), stock registers, and inventory records.
• Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of inventory.
• Monitor storage conditions to ensure safe handling and preservation of materials.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage, pilferage, damage, and excess stock.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, and site personnel for material receipt and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and safety requirements.
• Generate regular inventory and material consumption reports for management review.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store premises.
• Support project teams by ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment.
